Who Can Donate:

Must be 16 years of age and have your parent consent till 18, and be be at least 110 pounds. You must be without antibiotics, no fever, and not feeling sick that day. 

You can donate if you have diabetes but your sugar is controlled, if you are taking medications, bring your medications list. Bring your photo id like a drivers license. You can also donate if you have gone on ziyraat to Iraq and iran and even if you have gone on hajj. Pakistan, and India have a 3 month waiting list. On the day before, have meats, or iron rich vegetables and drink LOTS of water. On the day of, drink water, have a good meal, and stay in the shade, as well as being your photo I’d and medications list. And after then you should eat well, stay hydrated, and not lift heavy items.
